Right of participation: players without age and performance limitations

Playing rules: The arbiter draws position of pieces before the start of each game and the position is for the given round the same for all players. 

System of tournament: Swiss system of 7 rounds

Rate of game: 2x 20 min + 10 s / move

Starting fee is given in EUR (payments in CZK and USD possible):

players without GM, IM, WGM or WIM title	9
GM, IM, WGM and WIM	0

 

Discounts: seniors over 65 years of age and women have 25% discount, these discounts are not added up

Tournament prize fund (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR possible): 3 000 CZK altogether

Criteria used for ranking:
1. number of points
2. Buchholz Cut 1
3. Buchholz
4. Sonnenborn-Berger
5. the greater number of games played with black

Time schedule of the Tournament:

Tuesday	22 July	8.00 - 8.30	registration
		9.00 - 12.00	1st - 3rd round
		13.00 - 17.30	4th - 7th round
		18.00 - 18.30	presentation of results

 

Applications for this tournament are not registered and it is possible to register for it only on the day of launching of the tournament.

Place: Registration, presentation of results and all games will take place at the IDEON congress centre
